Philippines Got The 19th Spot In The Top Countries With 'Dirty Money' Globally!

On the research that was made by Global Financial Integrity, a Washington-based research firm, Philippines is the 19th country in the world globally who has 'dirty money'. 

With an estimated $90.25 billion outflows from 2004 to 2013, it made the Philippines 19th in the largest source of illicit financial funds worldwide. 

It comes from the illegal tradings of goods or also known as smuggling. It happens when the government does not receive the right amount of payment for the goods to be delivered abroad. 

China got the top spot, followed by Russia, Mexico, India and Malaysia.
