After the typhoon Nona hit the Philippines, many regions were flooded because of the huge amount of downpour that the typhoon gave. 

When the typhoon changed its direction and headed towards northern Luzon, many places were  flooded such as Nueva Ecija and Zambales.

Nueva Ecija reached the red level warning which means that the huge flood is expected in that area. 

According to the reports of  NDRRMC, the spokesperson Romina Marasigan claimed that the heavy downpour was a result of the 'Wind Convergence' in the Northern Luzon.

These photos were the evidences of how the people deal with the circumstances that the Typhoon Nona brought to them. Some people needed to be rescued because the flood was too high. 

More than 10 people were found lifeless in the different parts of the Northern Luzon because of the Typhoon.
