An inspiring story was found in the Rockford Memorial Hospital in USA.
Rolando Maaba works as a janitor in the said hospital. But during his free times such as afternoon breaks or just his plain free time, he would go to the lobby of the hospital and play the piano to entertain the patients, parents, staff and even the visitors.
He is a pure-blooded Filipino born in the Philippines but in 1999, they moved to Rockford, Illinois. Since 2013, he already dedicated his life as a part of the environmental services of the Rockford Memorial Hospital.
His co-workers would often define him a happy man who likes to joke around. Rolando has no idea how to read musical notes, but he could play the piano well.
His calming music helps all of the people in the hospital who are going through a tough time. Because of his undeniable talent in playing, he got the chance to play at a local restaurant every Wednesday night.
