Ramos claims that we are no longer living in the era where the people needed to point their weapons at each other in order to state what they wanted to. "The Philippine president must be world class. We are no longer in the period of Antonio Luna, Aguinaldo at Bonifacio," FVR said.
FVR states that we are now in the 20th century, whereas the problems that the Filipinos are facing is quite serious and fighting each other is not the solution to that.
"The real problem is fighting poverty, preparing for calamities, mitigate climate change. Beyond that we have to make sure that international terrorism will not flourish in our country," FVR exclaimed.
He also said that the country needs a role model and he gives a thumbs down to Duterte's continuous act of saying foul words. He claims that the president is the one who will represent us in gatherings such as the UN, APEC and other significant event representing the Filipino people.
