He was spotted at Market! Market! carrying a bag full of sweet potatoes. He was selling it to provide for his family. The concerned citizen later on found out that the pain that he is feeling is from the ailment of Tuberculosis.
At his young age, he was already diagnosed with the sickness. But he did not use that or blamed the Creator, instead he used it as an inspiration to strive harder in life.
The concerned citizen was so touched because despite knowing that he has a disease, he still managed to do the right thing by selling something instead of asking for money from other people.
